Coppage Family Christmas

I decided to make the best of the rainy Thanksgiving weekend by taking our family Christmas picture. Sophie hated her dress- the one I thought was so pretty that I bought it two years in advance of the picture. She also had a few complaints about my hairstyling abilities. In the end, we got some really cute pictures and no one was injured, so I consider it a success! Merry Christmas!

I photographed Stella and Clifton Lewis at Goodwood Museum and Gardens. What beautiful blue-eyed blondes! Their parents are George and Sarah Lewis. Stella and Clifton are both so well behaved and patient. Stella is such a sweet big sister. They are going to be great friends as they grow up.

It is really hard to pick just a few pictures from Annie Butterworth and Jordan Jones’ November 22 wedding at Tall Timbers to post on the blog. It was such a beautiful event. It really was an honor to photograph their wedding and to get to know them and their families. Annie and Jordan met at Faulkner University in Alabama. They share a strong faith that was the central theme of the day. The grounds of Tall Timbers provided a perfect backdrop for a “family picnic” themed wedding. Patchwork quilts covered the tables and the white picket fence sorrounding the house. Family and friends enjoyed a “cocktail hour” of hot cider, cocoa and boiled peanuts before a barbeque luncheon. It was a perfect day!
