Danya and Major

Admittedly, it is not exactly a challenge to take a beautiful photograph of a couple as gorgeous as Danya Wilson and Major Whitlow. And they are as nice as they are good-looking. Danya and Major’s wedding was held at the First Baptist Church in downtown on April 4, 2009. A wonderful reception at Capital City Country Club followed. Danya’s bridesmaids looked so elegant in their floor-length black gowns with hot pink sashes.

The wedding coordinator, Debra Barrington kept everything running smoothly. Katie’s Cakes and Catering designed the cake.

Annie Butterworth’s Bridal Session

I photographed Annie Sue Butterworth for her bridal portrait at Tall Timbers several weeks ago. She and Jordan Jones were married at Tall Timbers this weekend. It’s been great to get to know Annie and her family. Annie is such a neat person- unique, smart and so sweet. We had a great time during her bridal session. Annie’s beautiful dress is by local designer Haley Lauren Couture. Here are some of my favorite shots:

Amanda’s Bridal Session

I photographed bride-to-be Amanda Courson at Dorothy B. Oven Park. The fall light was warm and golden and Amanda looked so beautiful. I’m looking forward to her wedding!
